i didn’t know much going into this book, and it was very different than i expected.

i pretty much only knew that

Artax dies in the swamp, but that happened much earlier than I expected!

Reading

Bastian’s story after he makes it to Fantasia, and experiences everything was really fun but also kept twisting and turning so much that i never really knew what to expect!

Arteyu and Falkor are the GOATs 🐐🐐

A book that I would have loved in my youth. A fantasy story that serves as an introduction to metafiction for the young and passionate reader. A tale of adventure that is at its heart about the pleasure and magic of reading.
