Would I recommend this book? Probably if you just want to finish the whole belladonna series. I really liked the book but I wasn’t too fond of the ending. I did love how creative this story got with adding more “deity’s” and making some of them or one problematic. This book was definitely not what I was expecting from Blythe’s book. I wasn’t really disappointed with the characters since I loved the banter between Blythe and Aris I guess I just wasn’t prepared for the plot and that heartbreaking twist at the end. Although I didn’t love the book I did think that it was well written. I’m starting to really love this authors way of describing scenery and even what a characters feeling. I had a good time and honestly wished we could have had more time with Life and Fate.
