Room Ten: Praise Times Three by Kameron Claire

Leti (h) has been kidnapped by criminals who think she's her twin sister, Epi. She's rescued by Caiden (H), Reese (H), and Soren (H), part of a security team hired by her family. The three men continue looking after Leti due to the ongoing threat. Laving in close quarters takes their relationship from security to hot and steamy in this hot and steamy RH novel. I enjoyed the story and the relationship between Leti and her three men, though I would have expected more sex club action in a book that's part of a series centered around Club Sin - yes, they have sex there but nothing more of the kink that I would have expected and room ten didn't have anything special that couldn't have been any other location with a bed.

This was a fantastic steamy reverse harem romance. I loved how this story related to “Brat Tamers”, it of course had a lot of the same plot lines but it was still totally its own story and I would say that both can be read as standalones, though I recommend reading both. This was Leti’s story and it was clear very early on that she was “the good twin”. I loved the progression of the story and I just didn’t want it to end.

Leti was mistaken for her twin Pip, and she was kidnapped instead of her. Enter three gorgeous, deadly protective alpha men - Reese, Caiden, and Soren - who were on a mission to locate, rescue, and secure her. Having been subjected to trauma, Leti sought comfort from these guys, her saviours, who would do anything for her and give her everything she wanted and more. The physical touches she was depraved of were handed to her freely, but more than that and the need to get close to them, the three men offered something beyond what she could ever dream of: everything they deemed she deserved and more.

I really love rh romance, ngl. I especially enjoy sweet ones like this and basically anything rh that Kathryn Moon writes like Lola and the Billionaires. There's something comforting about how this book was plotted, that even with the stress and the trouble the characters were facing, it was still soft and awwww-inducing. Oh, and not to mention the smut XD

Room Ten was truly an amazing read full of fluff to counter the bad experience, sweetness that'd give you toothache, and a beautiful relationship that blossomed between beautiful, soulful people.

Now it's time to read Epi's story with Lee's team *wink wink*

Let me start by saying that Leti is a very quiet, shy, damsel-in-distress kind of character so if you like more kickass or independent women, then you probably won’t like this book. I also generally tend to like more independent female leads but in the context of this book, Leti works so I was okay with it.

This is a bit of a fast burn but there was just enough relationship-building for me to find it reasonable, so that was nice. I’m in love with the guys; they are truly sweet and the steamy scenes were definitely nice and spicy.

I did, however, feel that there wasn’t enough time spent on Leti’s relationship with her father and her sister. Her whole personality is based on the fact that she was like, “alone” as a child but you never really get to experience that, so I had a hard time connecting with her/understanding her background. She eventually wants to make amends with her family but I didn’t really care about it because I never connected with their family dynamic in the first place. Like, why did she lie for her sister in the beginning? As a reader, I wasn’t given any reason why Leti would feel so compelled to protect her sister when it’s stated that her sister wasn’t a good person. I just feel that I would have benefitted from a little more time spent on the family dynamic to really “get” Leti’s whole personality and backstory.

Unfortunately I was also disappointed in the way that the initial kidnapping plot line was wrapped up. It all happens off-screen and the men didn’t really do anything.

All in all, I liked it for the romance and spice factor but I think that other elements of the story could have been better in order for it to all come together in a substantial way.

Fun sexy times -- nothing ground-breaking, but I dug it overall.

great RH

Three men who found their one - now they just have to wait for her to be ready for them!
I loved this book! It has suspense, action and STEAM! I liked that this RH story had three men with different personalities but not so different that you felt like you were getting whiplash with their obvious differences. They’re sweet, strong, and confident!
