Such a classic Christmas tale, and it's nice to read even now as an adult. My kids (at school) make me read it to them everyday.
We read this book every Christmas Eve. It is so adorable and I just love the concept. I will be reading this to MY children when I have some (or adopt them)

This is a beautifully illustrated rewrite of the classic ‘Night Before Christmas’ using a polar bear family in the illustrations.
I like that the author has made it fun and informative, by including a glossary, a list if the metaphors and similes, and their meanings, used in the tale, and the meanings of the names of Santa’s reindeer. There is also a short biography of Clement C Moore and a copy of the original tale.
This version will be loved by children and adults alike.
Thank you to NetGalley, the publisher and author for letting me read this book in return for my honest review.

A charming poem for children of all ages.
Just like A Christmas Carol or my childhoods Peters Christmas, these small stories have defined the essence of the old fashioned nostalgic Christmas for generations, even though they at the time of their publication was very far from the Christmas most people knew or had ever experienced.

2019: Family tradition begins. My two-year-old insists that the title is "Happy Christmas to the Mouse" and that Santa's sleigh is pulled by eight antelopes. Merry Christmas!
