Every Move You Make follows the lives of 4 victims of stalking closely after the death of their mutual friend Natalie. They receive a threat at her funeral that one of them is going to die and the story progresses through the days leading up to that date.

Each character has their own unique situation and relationships allowing the reader to understand the impact of stalking from multiple walks of life and situations and the true horror of the stalkers is felt throughout. You can tell the author has put a lot of work into this to ensure accuracy and authenticity of the stories told. The twists are superb and the outcome is satisfying making it a great thriller.

This book is not for the feint hearted and if you have suffered partner abuse, narcissistic abuse or been stalked I urge you to ensure your safety whilst reading and make sure you have support in place as it may be quite triggering due to how well it is written.

I am a big fan of the author and intend to read more of her books in the future.

This book started slow, picked up the pace in the middle, then slowed towards the end and I struggled to bring myself to pick it up and read it sometimes. However, the author did a great job of portraying stalking and the various scenarios that victims may be dealing with. I really liked the inclusion of a male stalking victim, River, and felt that was done well. I sometimes questioned the decisions of the characters, especially not wanting to involve law enforcement. I struggled to start with to keep up with the multiple characters and their respective stalkers. Overall I think this was an okay book but it just didn't quite hit for me.
