I should have read this physically so I could get attached to the characters more. I listened to the audiobook and the way the narrator spoke the songs instead of singing threw me off every time I heard him do it. And the main character is a singer so it was a lot. I would have enjoyed it was more if I didn’t listen to the audiobook.
