God I’m in love with these books. Picking up from that nail biting cliffhanger in book 2, were thrown immediately back into action and meet a bunch of new characters along the way. I loved how we got to see more of the flaws with all of the characters in the book. The first two books were definitely centralized around Scarlett, but having all these new characters who were introduced in the second book get more fleshed out is incredibly gratifying. The plot continues to thicken and I am so excited to jump into the fourth book. READ THIS SERIES NOW! DONT WALK… RUN!!

Well, I still disliked the main character in this book as well and I just dont get all the fuss about how nuclear her powers are and yet for 3/4 of the book she is either sulking, drained, captured or plain weakened and refusing to replenish said powers. I just dont get it. When do we actually see these powers doing something useful??
That being said, I felt the author upped her game in this one and so my 3 stars grudgingly went up to3.5, its just that that option is not available. I was not sure I would continue with the series as I started this book but I can definitely say I will read the next book and if she continues this i will likely end as a solid 4.

From the moment I started this book I was nervous the entire time because so much was happening & everything was at stake I was so worried for every single character. This book literally put me through so many emotions how could I give it anything but 5 stars I wish I could give it more.
