I love Maximo and Juliet! I am exhausted. This book wrung every emotion out of me. I couldn’t get enough. I know that I’m going to come back to read this book time and again. Layla Frost knocked it out of the park with this dark and steamy, yet happy and sweet story. ❤️
I thought I liked the second book but I really adored the first one which is a lot for me to say considering the daddy kink is definitely not one of mine.
There are so many things that could have gone wrong with this series but the author puts so much care in the relationships between the charaters that it just works beautifully despite the daddy kink, despite the age awkwardness. It just works.
