¿No?

I've tried to get through this so many times… maybe I'll be more in the mood for it in October.
A lovely and unique story. A little odd, but adorable at the same time.

What a delight! I shed some tears at the end. I almost want a part 2 I wanna know what Bod does with his life !!
the first book finished in one sitting, after a long while (finally!). this year I (rather instinctively) wish I could read more books in one sitting, and not just those books within 200 pages thick. i admit i wasted those times behind me, those time when I loitered around, wandering aimlessly, feeling that I got little drive for reading. shush. it shouldn't be like that anymore, here's to a (rather) busy year, with all tarrying around and applying.
if it were more gripping I should have given four stars, and yet it felt... low profile? it is definitely interesting, but so-so at the same time (maybe it's more on me, but well~)...
anyway I'll read trigger warning for sure after this! >:)

Reread 10/09/22: Wow it's been 10 years! I still love it! Did the audiobook this time. Neil Gaiman is a fantastic narrator. Could have done without all the music though. Such a magical story. As always I love the mixture of creepy and whimsical. I love the way he writes. It feels like a fairytale.
Oh my goodness. Well, Neil Gaiman has done it again! He's pretty much my favorite. This was so good. I don't even feel like I can say much about it. I'm not worthy. At any rate it was wonderful and I loved it, just like I love all the other books of his I've read. I love the way he writes and the kinds of stories he tells. And at the end of my copy it had his acceptance speech for when The Graveyard Book won the Newbery Medal, and it's really the best thing I've ever read about reading and writing and the importance of fiction. It's like he said everything I feel about books, but put it into beautiful words. So good. Loves.
