It was my mistake for picking up this book. It was boring, you can skim it and also it’s just very hard to believe someone would hire a book editor to solve a case and also really we don’t need more colonist detectives k thx

This Susan Ryeland was just as enjoyable a read as #1! I loved seeing how Susan had progressed in her new life and really enjoyed another Atticus mystery. Two mysteries are always better than one! I am definitely a fan of Anthony Horowitz!

It made a lot more sense than the tv serial.

Read along with the Masterpiece mystery show. I quite enjoyed. Cannot wait for the 3rd installment!

Such fun!

At 581 pages I thought this was going to be long on description but it wasn’t. I read every word. It’s sensationally good. An absolute homage to and exemplar par excellence of the golden age of murder mysteries and it has a book within a book!
