❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ 5/5 hearts!

Boss Man Bridegroom by Meghan Quinn was so much fun from start to finish. There wasn’t a moment I wasn’t laughing or giggling. I thoroughly love romantic comedies, and Meghan is a queen in that category. She’s in my top 5 favorite authors, and I honestly can’t get enough of her books.

Rath swore he would never mix business and pleasure again, after a relationship left him heart broken. In need of a new executive assistant, he hires Charlee. She is chaos in color, organized, and energetically bubbly. When Charlee’s grandma becomes sick, Rath poses the idea of fulfilling her grandma’s dying dream of Charlee walking down the isle. Lines start to blur, and feelings start becoming real.

Rath is an amazing book boyfriend. He tried extremely hard to stay away from Charlee. Although he was afraid, he was fascinated at the same time. Even though he could be a jerk, in the end he pulled out all the stops for Charlee’s heart. I swooned when he was wooing Charlee. He was a great guy with a heart of gold. He just needed someone to pull him out of his rut.

Charlee is who I aspire to be. She is over the top, and isn’t scared to be who she is. It’s hard not to like her. She knows exactly how to push Rath to be a better person, and she’s kind to everyone. Her organization abilities are seriously life goals. I try hard to be as organized as she is, but it just never happens. I might even take some of her tricks (like the daily colored gel pens), and see if it truly works. Times like these I wish she was a real person because she’d definitely be my BFF.

Unquestionably, this was a FANTASTIC book. It had everything that I wanted, and more. I can’t praise it enough. I was so eager to know how their story would play out that the clock ran away from me. The chemistry between Rath and Charlee was off the charts intense. It was sexy, sweet, flirty, and wonderfully emotional. I would recommend this to anyone who loves romcoms, or someone who needs a good laugh, with a lot of love.

I love Rath and Charlee's story so much, this story was about a marriage of convenience with slow burn, romcom with everything you love about Meghan Quinn humor and an alpha male you will swoon for. I like office romance between CEO and assistant but this story took it in a very interesting different way. It had me laughing, heartbroken and swooning all at the same time and the steamy scenes where hot. I would totally recommend this book!

Since Bram and Julia's book I've been waiting for Rath's story and I can say it was completely worth the wait! Funny, romantic, heartbreaking, you can find everything in this book. Rath is a closed-up person and Charlee is a living unicorn, glitter and all. Can you imagine both of them in the same office with color coded clothes and pens? It's hilarious! I have to say that Charlee is now my favorite heroine from all of Meghan's books and I could read a whole series with her and her organizations skills. Maybe she can publish a planner for us? ;)

This was such a funny, sweet & a bit emotional fake dating romance that had me laughing and cheering these two on.
I adored the fun quirks, and the book club… yeah that part was hilarious 😂

You can find the thread I dedicated to Charlee Bag of Dicks along with a single mention saying I understood Rath's plight on Twitter. LOL!

Meghan Quinn, as I've pointed out in a previous review, writes some of the best Romantic Comedies. There is minimal angst and the stories have an overall light feel to them and Boss Man Bridegroom is no exception.

This book is a giant case of laugh-out-loud. Charlee Cox a.k.a Bag of Dicks is an OTT bubbly personality who does not kid around where her job is concerned. She's hilarious, she's crazy, she's fun and she is the epitome of foot-in-mouth situations.

Rath Westin is the opposite of Charlee in every possible way. An introvert to her extrovert, Charlee's bright personality jarred Rath initially. A man ruled by numbers, stats and a lover of his routine, Charlee's sugar rush persona drives Rath up the walls and keeps him on his toes before he gets used to her.

As an ambivert, more introvert than extrovert though, a massive part of me sympathized with Rath on multiple occasions. The constant happy-go-lucky persona does take a toll on an introvert. *Poor guy*

Charlee, while a fun character and a proud Skittles Queen, did get a little too much for this soul. Don't get me wrong, I loved her and how unashamed she was to be loud but as I mentioned, the introvert rules over me.

As far as characterization is concerned, this might be the first Meghan Quinn hero that I didn't swoon over. He was a little too bland and came across as aloof (another introvert character trait) and guarded for me to fully appreciate.

Overall, Boss Man Bridegroom is a fun read which is high on the humour and lust factor and a strong case of insta-love, which does work in the favour of the storyline.

ARC kindly received in exchange for an honest review.

Oh my gosh! This book was so much fun! I was hooked! Rath and Charlee have an amazing connection, and the banter between the two of them was fantastic. I was literally laughing out loud at my kindle at times, I loved it so much.

Both our main characters have been hurt in the past, and are cautious about any new romantic relationships. Both have good reason, but I felt more connected to Charlee's. Maybe because that was explained a little bit more from the start.

There are some fabulous secondary characters as well, my favourites being Grandma and Linus.

I really enjoyed this one, but I don't want to give anything away, so I will just say that you need to go out and get this book! Highly recommend!

Quirky, flirty, and fun. Hate to love. Office Romance. Fake fiancee. Just enough feels to feel the heartache without shattering my soul. Adored both Charlee and Rath, absolutely LOVED the bromance. Oh my word the three gents were a highlight of this book. Also, bestill my office supply organization loving heart, this book checked so many boxes. Excellent read.

Honestly, I was laughing every 5 pages or so !
This was such a good read.

-0,25 because I have a little problem with how Charlee "handled" the situation near the end.
And, once again, I need longer epilogues !

Rath Westin runs Westin Enterprises and vows to never get involved with another one of his employees again after his last relationship blew up in his face. Yet he now finds himself being proposed to by his assistant and he is wondering how he found himself here.

Charlee Cox is one of a kind and sometimes struggles with what comes out of her mouth but she is a genuine person. When her first day at her new job is an epic fail she comes back stronger than ever and ready to make a great impression.

Slowly Charlee begins to find her niche at work but she is struggling with her attraction to Rath and when she gets bad news she must decide if she is going to be able to make her grandma's dreams come true. Yet what will it cost her?

This was such an amazing read with some wonderful laughs and some other moments that bring out the kleenex!

I wasn't sure if I loved or hated Rath at the beginning of the book but I must say I was definitely leaning towards the hate side. When I put the pieces together at the beginning he was so mean yet at the same time I could see why he was a little annoyed with Charlee. Yet it goes back to everyone always being in a rush and not appreciating the little moments. Then everything on the first day was such a huge blow up that I was shocked how little patience he had and it was no wonder why he was going through the assistants so fast!

Charlee honestly made me laugh so much as she was so quirky and awkward with her love of stationary. She made me laugh so many times yet you also saw another side of her that made her change her whole life around for her grandma. I loved how caring she was yet she was also very insecure and hesitant to get in any relationship after being left at the altar.

One thing I loved was the progression of Charlee and Rath's relationship from pretty much enemies to so much more. Yet both of them had walls built around them due to their respective pasts that they each had to work on in order to let the other one in. It was such a slow process and it almost seemed like they didn't want the other to know that they were holding back yet they were.

I loved games night and it had me laughing so hard over the cannon. I loved these moments and I loved how they were scattered throughout the book.

I was so impressed with how much Rath was worried about Charlee's grandma and how he really wanted to make the two of them happy. I also loved how things began to change between them and they were so hot together and kinda cute too!

The stuff that happened at Bram's wedding was intense and heartbreaking. I had a feeling that Charlee was overthinking everything and I really felt bad for Rath as he was stuck. Everything that happened afterwards was totally shocking and my heart broke for Charlee as she felt so alone!

The end made my heart excited again as I was so happy that both Rath and Charlee decided to fight for what they believed in!!

Such a great ending!!
