So many unrealistic events and choices following up after each other. I could’t take it anymore.

This was my first experience reading a holiday themed book. It was what I expected - similar storyline to a Hallmark movie. I've read a few other Kristin Hannah books and enjoyed them. This was short and sweet and it gave what it needed to give - a super sweet love story around Christmas, finding yourself when you're lost, the "magic of Christmas" time.
I have to admit I caught what was going on pretty early. *pats back lol* After she walked about from a plane crash, I knew something was off. Then I kept noticing how Bobby would talk for her and how Daniel would never really acknowledge her or things she said. Not to mention, she was a complete stranger interacting with a young child and the dad was okay with it. I loved the twist! Maybe I'm a sappy, snowflake. I just loved how she fell in love with Bobby and how she was what he needed during that difficult time.
I have to say though, the sis and Thom....they can kick rocks. Maybe I'm not a mature enough of a person but when she mentioned seeing her sister at her wedding, um that took it too far. Forgiveness is one thing but acceptance is another. I just didn't think them mending their relationship so quickly after such a horrible betrayal was realistic.
