I am not sure I 100% agree with the author’s thesis, but it has given me a lot to consider. I do believe men & women are equal at the cross and do believe women are used mightily by God & He is not pleased with more modern strict stances by many evangelicals. However, one can not ignore the role women had in NT days but also recognize they were still minority in number compared to men as leaders in the faith. I found most interesting her explainations re translations and possible explainations of Paul’s “household codes.”
