I definitely enjoyed the plot. But I’ve realized I’m not super into the guy who is an asshole to everyone except the one girl. Maybe I’m getting old 🤣. But I can appreciate the smut and the unfolding of some big twists. It was fascinating to me, but maybe a little too close to 50 shades for me.

I was really looking forward to this book, and it wasn't terrible, but it didn't live up to the hype for me. I found the love interest icky and cringe and the relationship very toxic. It did have some enjoyable bits, but it wasn't my fav. I am going to continue with the series, though, as I've heard that the others are better.

I enjoyed the plot and the spice. It started out as a slow burn but after that whooosh holy cow. I didn’t expect the plot twist with Alex’s family and that rattled my boots. I’m a little upset that Josh never really forgave Alex but you know that’s kinda understandable as to why but it was good. I enjoyed how after he broke her heart they spent time recollecting the trust they use to have instead of making up and getting back together in 2 days it was reasonable and I liked that about it you know. I recommend it considering I wanna read the other three.

Absolutely hated this book. The only good thing about it was the spice but the relationship was toxic. If a man said half the things to me that Alex did when trying to win Ava back I would immediately call the police. Would never recommend this book. Made me want to throw it
