This adorable romance deserves any hype you may have heard about it, and Archer Hale... protect this man at all costs. It is emotional and heartwarming, and I just feel like these two deserve each other so much. I could see myself rereading this one.

The best part was the first half when Bree was initially getting to know Archer. Every interaction is so cute. I wasn't expecting this to be as spicy as it was, based on the description and other reviews I read. I would have loved it even more had it been a slow burn romance.

The plot underneath the romance was intriguing enough, though not very subtly revealed. There were always random townspeople striking up a conversation with Bree and sharing way more than people would when first meeting. But I was glad for it at times, otherwise this book could have been significantly longer.
