Looking for your next five star one sit read?! Look no further, Fling is that book!! I laughed so much through this book….and caught some feels too! Adriana Locke is the queen of family driven series, and this one is no exception! I loved Maddox and Ashley so much! Friends to lovers is one of my favs and this one did not disappoint!! I was hooked immediately and couldn’t put the book down!! While I loved the main characters in this book all the supporting characters I love just as much!! I can’t wait for all the rest of the books!!! This is a true standalone in the series, you do not need to of read the other book before this one!!! I absolutely recommend this book!!

Fling is the second book in the Carmichael Family series by Adriana Locke. Oh man am I loving these Carmichael brothers something fierce! This is Maddox and Ashley's story. I didn't think anyone could top Moss, but I was so wrong. I can't pick a favorite! Seriously, Maddox with that smile and his on-point flirt game? Yes, please! He's so sexy and funny and just the right amount of dirty! And he's not a player. He wants something and he goes after it. Ashley just called off her wedding, but she still wants to go on the honeymoon since it's already paid for. She just needs a date. Her friends decide to take matters into their own hands and find the perfect man for her. Turns out it's Maddox, her childhood friend. Since she's been back in town, their relationship seems to have shifted. He's flirting more, she's reacting in a new way. The attraction is just simmering beneath the surface. What happens when they are sharing a bed and have no distractions? Everything! They have fun, they laugh, they shop. They roll around in the sheets and let down their guards. But what happens when they get back home? Will they extend the fling? Oh man! This book is just fantastic. I couldn’t love Maddox anymore if I tried. He and Ashley are just perfect for each other. They like each other, they have a lot in common. Now it's more. Maddox had me swooning and fanning myself. Ashley is fun and realizing who she is and what she wants. I love getting to know his brothers more and the motherly advice they both get? Perfection! I didn't want it to end and I can't wait to see what happens next!

Is mid forties to old to be adopted?? Not asking for a friend ;) Seriously y’all the Carmichaels are so freaking awesome

This was a cute, fun romance… the banter between the characters was cute, and honestly the little family banter especially with Banks was just overall fun to see. I needed a light hearted easy read and that’s exactly what this did for me.
fast-paced

Ashley is determined to go on her dream honeymoon even if she did send her ex-fiancé packing. Instead of going alone her friends propose they pick her a blind honeymoon date. Feeling up for a little adventure she agrees but is shocked when the man on the plane seat next to her is her longtime friend and crush Maddox. These two have been dancing around their feelings since high school and after his brother’s apply Maddox has no choice but to put himself forward too. Their chemistry has always been off the charts but will this short fling in paradise ruin everything? What will happen when they get back to the real world.

I absolutely devoured this one. I always love how perfectly Adriana can write these big families. I love the Carmichael brothers but there’s something special about the bond between Maddox and Banks. Their banter and antics had me in stitches. The tension between Ashley and Maddox was off the charts from their first run in. I don’t normally fall hard for friends-to-lovers but these two are the exception to that rule. The familiarity and their past made the quick pacing of their relationship more believable and honestly it just felt right.

I can’t wait for Jess next but I’m still thinking Foxx is going to be my main man. There’s just something about that broody man that leaves me wanting more.

Thanks so much to Candi Kane PR and Adriana Locke for providing me with an early copy to review!

Every time Adriana Locke comes out with a new book I know it is going to be a fantastic ride. Fling did not disappoint! I loved every minute of this book. Between getting to know the characters, their banter, growth, and just falling in love with the book. I love Adriana’s writing style and feel like I’m in the book with the characters!

Fling is about Ashley and Maddox. After Ashley's engagement comes to an end her friends decide to do a contest to have someone go on her honeymoon with her. Her friend Maddox sees it and as a joke to his brothers he fills it out. Ashley and Maddox are good friends and have had feelings for each other, but Ashley is ready to settle down, and Maddox has determined to never settle down.

While they are on her honeymoon feelings start to evolve further. But what happens when the honeymoon is over and the sparks are still flying? What happens when Ashley's ex-fiancée shows back up in the picture? Can Maddox change his ways and want to settle down?

I loved this book, and can't wait to see what happens next with the next Carmichael family member!

Binge worthy! Absolutely love this book!!!
