Poirot at his best! There was so much going on in this book, you definitely need your brain about you when reading this so once you’ve got your brain plugged in and follow the story and get a grip on the characters, you’re good to go!
Initially I was overwhelmed with the sheer amount of suspects but eventually I got to know them all and was surprised I wasn’t getting them all confused with each other! Agatha Christie’s writing style is just amazing and I was mind blown at the unravelling of this book! So much happening and there was plots within plots and crimes within crimes in this one.
I absolutely loved this story and Poirot was really on top form as ever. He never fails to amaze me and you really can’t get anything past him! The outcome of the murder mystery was so clever and just when I thought I’d got it, there was a curveball! Definitely a murder mystery story at its finest.

In a way, I feel that you know who did it from the beginning, and are trying to figure out how. In other books, there are more options for suspects, I think. It’s also true that this was my second time reading this book, and I remembered some things. It’s a good story, regardless.
This was pretty good. I don't like the writing style that much but the mystery and characters were well written. I figured it out before it ended so that's fun.
I've decided to reread this book every year the new film doesn't get released...
One of her better Poirot books, definitely a passionate one filled with more twists than normal!

A bit difficult to get into since there are SO MANY characters that you need to follow. I was having trouble keeping track of all of the names. However this turned out to be a very fun murder mystery and I enjoyed it thoroughly.
