A well written and an honest memoir about Mother Daugther relationship .enjoyed reading it
I feel like my rating for this book is emotionally driven. I felt extremely connected as it seemed at times this was exactly what my mother went through while tending to my grandmother that passed a few years ago. It was a complete roller coaster for my whole family. This story provided so many great metaphors and life lessons on the circle of life and deeper meanings of hardships we endure throughout our time on this planet. I was on the verge of tears from the beginning to the very end.
This book wasn’t the right one for me, but I respect the author’s candidness and vulnerability in the story. I would recommend this to certain other people, it just wasn’t a good fit given my personal history.

A gorgeous, heart-tugging memoir. I couldn't help but think of my own relationships with my daughter and mother as I read it-and wonder about the choices I've made along the way. Highly recommend.
