Snowglobe is a YA dystopian novel where ordinary citizens in below-freezing weather conditions watch these celebrities live perfectly in a snowglobe. I saw it compared to the Hunger Games and Squid Games on the back.
This one has been on my TBR, and I had high hopes for it. Unfortunately, it was a little disappointing. The last half was very fast-paced and filled with plot holes. The issue with that is that none at the beginning of the book were covered, so I have little to no hope for book 2. OOP!

I found this book on a library recommended list for translated books. It's very much a YA book, and I just don't really like YA. The worldbuilding is incredibly stupid and I'm sure the big reveal is the people in power built it to be stupid because they wanted power and control or something, and I just didn't find it compelling. Perhaps I'd be proven wrong if I kept reading.
