A slasher surviving girl discovers that one of the other scream queens girlie has been found dead and now reunites with the third one to find out what happened? The stakes are high.

I loved the beginning, but then it got slower and slower. Part of me thinks I just wasn't in the mood for this particular book, but I found the characters to be so strange and creepy. Not in the sense of a good thriller, but in the sense of something really disturbing. I felt respulsed by it. I couldn't enjoy it despite having a decent ending.

This was definitely one of my top Sager reads! I’m glad this hold came in last from the library so I finished my backlist on a high note.

I'm a slasher fan. Luckily my boyfriend also loves slashers, so we're always on the lookout for them. They're not highbrow, they're a little guilt-inducing, and there're more than a few duds. But that's the game you play.

When it comes to thriller books, all I ask is that the story be fast-paced and the character motivations be understandable. And Final Girls delivered! I wasn't frustrated with the main character as I was with recent smash hits featuring girls on trains or in cabin 10. I really enjoyed this one, and absolutely sped through it. Fans of the genre should pick it up!
