I kinda flew threw the end of this book because I got really bored of it. I guess I just don’t like dystopian/future novels because I always get so sick of them! I liked the first one, but this one was not very good!

Only finished reading this because I feel compelled to complete a series once I begin it. Although the book has some interesting parts, it is nowhere near as good as the first book (Matched).

It seemed to be a lot slower than the first book. I was anxiously waiting for the two main characters to finally see each other again, but it didn't happen until about page 200. Then they went on a very long journey, much too long, so I did end up losing interest in the book a few times and had to make myself come back and read it. The thing I was waiting to happen in the book didn't happen until the very end. Overall it's a good book. I just wished it would move faster. The characters had way too many flashbacks in the book, and the flashbacks weren't always pertinent to the story plot. That's just my preference, though. I like books with few flashbacks and books in which the story moves along at a faster pace.

okay. first off... I'm NEVER reading a review on here and passing up on a book because of what I read. This book was slow at parts but having the chapters switch back and forth from Ky to Cass was brilliant. It was supost to be slow.. work up the story. It truly showed what beautiful young giddy love is all about. Never will I ever pass up a book because of a bad goodreads review. Can't wait to find out what happens next!

This book made me so Angry!!!!
After EVERYTHING Cassia went through to get to Ky, how could she EVER get in that bloody boat with Indie?! Seriously was there even a question between Ky and Cassia on whether they would stay together?! Very awkward love square between Ky, Cassia, Xander, and Indie. I already have the 3rd book. I need to buy ONE book first and see if I like it, but they get me every time with the 'specials' urgh!!

I'm torn with this series. Can't decide whether to love or hate them. Do like the variance in narration, but just wish the series would get to the action already. Will say though, mission accomplished, I'll read Reached, just to find out what happens.

It like the first book very good but first i was a little confused that the story are told from Cassia and Ky not just from Cassia like in book 1.
But after i get used with this it was very good i read it everytime i could.
But i have to say that the 1. book was better than the 2. and i had expected more from Ally Condie.

A surprisingly great sequel! Normally the later books in dystopian series are not this good, but this one surprised me. It was giving maze runner in all the right ways. I absolutely hate the Indie character though. She was the only down fall of this series so far.
