Leider kann das Buch nicht ganz halten, was der Titel verspricht. Nach den ersten paar Kapiteln wird es eher zu Memoiren über Arden Rose mit nur ganz kurzen allgemeinen Tipps am Ende des Kapitels.
Insgesamt habe ich das Buch aber trotzdem sehr gern gelesen.

I've turned 20 and this book came at the right time! Because I don't know how to adult...
Arden Rose is probably one of my favourite youtuber out there and this book is full of her personality, cute and serious anecdotes with a sprinkling of wisdom for us millennials!
I learnt quite a bit from facing up to responsibilities (booking a dentist appointment anyone??) to self loving and relationships - oooohh!!
This book is a must read if you love Arden or need help in being a legit adult... plus there's cute indie tumblr style illustrations in there as well! :)

Honestly, the only things I truly liked about this book was the cover and some of the little drawings throughout the book. Cute cover, not so cute content. I used to watch Arden's videos on youtube and wanted to check out what she wrote...all I really have to say after reading this is: I'm glad I checked it out from the library and didn't pay money for this. It's bad.

This is definitely an interesting and funny memoir. The information in it, however, is better suited for a younger audience, definitely people who aren't already in their twenties.

Refreshing and entertaining perspectives and stories from Arden Rose!
this was fun and had some good personal anecdotes and advise but also definitely more of an "this is me doing this" vs. "this is how to be an adult" though it was an interesting read
