I have had this book on my TBR for so long, so finally getting to read it was so much fun. Although I ended up getting really sucked into the end of the book the beginning was so hard for me to get through and enjoy reading. Effy annoyed me in the beginning and I just could t let it go until the later half of the book. Preston’s adorable also and loved the romance between the two since it felt so sincere and sweet despite feeling a little rushed in my opinion. 

Still really good though! And I would probably rate it higher if I were to read this book again later!

This story started so slowly. The end ending made up for it though.
The men in this book are disgusting AF. Like what the hell. Preston is the exception though, but lord, Effy needs a lot of help.

i really liked the premise and atmosphere of this book, but sadly i felt very detached from the characters which made it hard for me to care deeply about what was going on.
