A wonderfully spooky collection of short horror stories, perfect for a foggy October night!

Oh boy...Briana's done it again! This is the second piece of work I've read by her and she's knocked it out of the park.
TTAOS is a collection of short stories that range from spooky and bloody to heartbreaking and thought provoking. Each story had a little twist to them and most of them I didn't see coming. I really enjoyed all the stories in one way or another and actually found myself literally saying, "Hell yeah!" because of one character's realization about something made me proud. Even though the stories are short, you get sucked into the plots and get attached to certain characters so quickly--I wasn't expecting this but she was able to do it! One of my favorites from TTAOS is the shortest story about a father and daughter grieving over their wife/mother's passing. Briana's writing style is so well done that I was hooked immediately and once the ending was revealed I was genuinely "shooketh."
Again, this is a great collection of short stories and glad I picked it up.

A great collection of short stories from Briana Morgan. The stories are so varied in theme and tone that as a reader, I never felt that any of the stories were filler, or found myself wanting to get onto the next story. I love Morgan's writing style as it flows so well and makes for easy reading, with the pages constantly turning. I've only a couple more Briana Morgan books to read now and I'm sure I'll have a blast with those too.
This is a decent collection. There were a couple of stories that I really liked. I will definitely check out some of Brianna's longer works as I would have liked to see where some of the stories could go if they had more fleshed out.
3.5 stars. I enjoyed this collection of spooky stories. The stories are twisty and have great premises. One in particular about a tricky house is messed up and definitely calls for a longer version! The title story is a fascinating look at choices and sacrifices, with a surprise ending. The last story is an interesting take on faith, from the point of view of a conflicted assassin. I'm looking forward to reading the author's other work in the future!

The session was pretty good but most of these stories just left me wanting a lot more
