4 ⭐️’s I sat on this review for a while, because I didn’t know what to say but the more I think about this book the more I throughly enjoyed this one more than the first one.

I think the characters - especially Crysantha - and plot intrigued me a little more because they were something different than what I normally read.

Overall, I relate to the first / oldest daughter per-usual and do enjoy her want to be an independent woman trapped by no man or expectation (at least towards the end lol)
