This is the PERFECT Xmas read!! It's so cute and wholesome but also so REAL. I adored the characters, I loved the story, the smut was great, and it overall was just a heart warming and nice read.

Apparently my previous Tessa Bailey novel (Wreck the Halls) was a gateway-book into everything of hers. This was another easy-to-read holiday romance. I think many of us can relate to experiencing some imposter’s syndrome, or have maybe had some doubt that they were cut out to try something new. That’s what made Stella a relatable character for me. Stella’s story of “new beginnings” was really beautiful for me. And when you’re starting over, we could all use an Aiden, romantically or even just as a friend. I enjoyed the way they each had something to learn from the other. If you enjoy holiday romances, and people getting well-deserved second chances, this will be an enjoyable book for you. 3

This was such an interesting holiday romance! I love that the heroine was the grumpy one and the hero was the sunshine (to a point lol).

Eso si alguien más ilusionado que Aiden no hay, me hacía reír y no me esperaba que Stella fuera una exconvicta, todo muy normal jaja
