The title of the book is absolutely perfect, as the three kids in this book are definitely bad. Unfortunately, their backgrounds were such that I don't feel they had a lot of choice in their actions. Without one adult between the three that they could really depend on, look up to, or talk to about the things they were going through, they were all pretty much raising themselves, and the consequences of that were not favorable for either of them.

The plot is convenient to the characters, not believable or relatable in any sense of the word, but it makes for a good story, and exploration of morality and ends justifying means.
One thing I struggle with is characters who are always predicting their opponents next move, and have already acted in response, - think Walter White in breaking bad or Light Yamgami of Death Note - so that was really a turn off for me as I was reading it.

The book starts in a slow pace, but as many in this category they really pick up in the end. It keeps snowballing. I absolutely enjoyed this read.

This is a novel about Bad Kids! They capture a murder on a camera and decide to blackmail the murderer instead of turning the evidence over to the police. There are a bunch of different points of view, but they all work together really well.
I really loved this book. I was nervous the entire time I read it, not sure what was going to happen next or what would happen to Chaoyang. This might count as a spoiler, but the part with the journal was amazing! I honestly dreaded reading what might be discovered as the journal was read. The ending…you’ll have to make up your own decision about what happened. I found the translation a bit choppy, but it didn’t really bother me that much.

I read this book as part of a book club that mean and my friend's are doing and it was a super easy to read and a very gripping story! It is a murder mystery with a lot of turns and twist and once again I find myself feeling bad for a psycho 😮💨😮💨. Things are NOT what they seem in this book and you just gotta read it yourself to figure it out. This is not typically the kind of book I read but I couldn't put it down and I enjoyed it sooooo much!
