I was expecting a little bit more, but a nice read nevertheless. I had hoped for a little more depth. The story itself is very straightforward. And that’s the sad thing about this book; it’s all very shallow. And while there was a lot of potential, the author kept it safe and easy.

A fun and fast read in between two bigger books. But I’m sure the story won’t stick. This one is just one of many love stories.

I liked it a lot and became pretty attached to the friendship formed between Will, Stella, and Poe. Especially Will and Stella since they were the main focus of the book. I do admit I kind of wish that the book was less fast paced and let us see into their characters a little bit more. At times the characters felt one dimensional and served the purpose of being only a romance and that their CF was just a tool to push them together. Nonetheless its a fun lighthearted read with a lot of emotional moments that really hit you in the feels.

As the book progressed I definitely enjoyed it a lot more. Especially in the slower more detailed parts. Will and Stella’s conflict with the lives they lived was very compelling.

Ps) Poe remained both my favorite character and the one I’ll hold the closest to my heart <3

I CRIED while reading this. Several times. It's amazing that they've written a book about cystic fibrosis, creating awareness, but I hate that it had to be such a completely heart breaking, painful, beautiful novel 😭 I breezed through this in only a couple of hours!

I didn't like certain parts of the book, but overall it's a good read.

There were tons of moments where I left the book because of some non emotional related hard moments to read, and it made it difficult to read the book. I definitely loved the cover art of it. It felt like being ill was kinda just thrown in to make this book have some sort of direction, didn't feel very strong to me.
