The book can be cringey & corny. Some of the conversations would Never happen in real life. But It’s so cute how bad Carter loved Olivia. I’m happy for his character development, he was a man child to say the least. What won me over was Carters & Hanks relationship 🥹 An 80 yr old man is how you get me 🥲

The book could’ve been shorter with the constant back & forth conflict but I’m glad I kept going as most people say the series gets better. I had to overlook a lot of the dialogue in hopes it was just the author, Becka Mack finding her footing. I’m looking forward to seeing more of the boys in their next 4 books & updates on the whole fam 🫶🏼
