I was really excited by the premise and initial chemistry between the leads, but I feel like there was never really a pay off and I wasn't attached to the secondary characters. (Perhaps I should have read the series in order).

Found family, as strange as it is in this series, but found none the less. Who doesn’t want that?
This book continues the Glimmer Falls escapades with another resident. There’s discussion regarding mental health in this book-which was approached nicely. The character was never depicted in a poor light because of being a people pleaser with high anxiety. The variety of mystical residents honestly make the story that much better. Throw in an HEA and you have a winner.

This one was my favorite out of the whole entire series. However, the third act misunderstanding seemed a little pointless to me. I'm sad to know there's only three books in this series because I would've loved to see Gigi's love story

I just didn't care about these characters as much as the other characters in the first two books. I think it's weird Ben got a book before Themmie did, and a 600-year-old vampire/succubus who likes Star Trek as much as she hates it is too much for me.
