Julian and Autumn were so toxic that they are perfect for each other. The whole book, all they did was fight and manipulate each other. Definitely not my favorite book by M. Robinson.

I started reading this series not in order why just because thats how I read standalones series I just find it really interesting to read it like that. Autumn loved Julian for as long as she can remember but there were so many facts that made her love toward Julian forbidden. Julian was what is considered a manwhore but deep inside all he ever wanted was to have a chance to live his love story freely. A brother's best friend love story that made sit over the edge I just couldn't put the book. This whole series caught my attention so much I canceled so many plans while on vacation just to read it. This book is a must read full of angst and love.

Second Chance Contract
By: M. Robinson
Narrated by: Tor Thom, Meg Sylvan
Series: Second Chance Romance, Book 1

Second chances don't come easily and this one is no exception. M Robinson takes a break from her dark romances to give us this lighter, fun listen of Autumn and Julian. Autumn is Julian's best friend's sister, so she is definitely off limits. Watching her grow up with the the stars twinkling in her eyes towards him, with teenage beauty wears him down. He always has been attracted to her, but now he has crossed the line. Breaking her heart is the only answer. Now 10 years later, Julian is in a position of power, and is ready to show Autumn just what he can give to her. But is she willing to take the chance? Will that contract bind her to his company and his heart? And is her secret going to be too much for this entrepreneur? I enjoyed this story, from start to finish. I love the alpha male Julian is. I love watching him grow and mature, and see how he evolves with his shaky childhood and influence of Autumn's parents. Autumn is quite the woman too, ambitious and steadfast, her resolve may be hard to break. This was a great listen, and I am looking forward to the next in this series.

Tor Thom and Meg Sylvan narrate this gem. Thom is the perfect pick for Julian. He can play a broken man so well, emotional and dark. He can also pull out all the stops when it comes to love! His voice is smooth as butter. Sylvan brings out all the feelings in Autumn. She has an incredible way of pulling at our emotions and she drives Autumn with her nuances letting us know exactly where she stands. This is a great pairing of narrators and a wonderful performance.

Julian and Autumn's story was a beautiful second chance romance filled with love and lust, but also angst, lies, and trust issues.
Julian is a young man who is moved around from foster home to group home. He funds a safe have with Christian and Autumn's family thankfully. Autumn is younger than Julian but has a very serious crush on him, as most young girls do.
This story spans over years and was so breathtaking at times and heartbreaking at other times that I felt immersed in this story from page one, unable to look away.
This is a must read!

Well hello...Mr. CEO

M.Robinson kept me in my toes with this one. Righteous anger locked and loaded. Appalled and full of fury, check. It's on like Donkey Kong...and then it got real messy.

As M likes to do, she gives us tiny fractured truths; partial pieces of a puzzle with no framework making us scratch and itch for each tidbit.

Dive in but be careful...you never know how deep the pool really is with M. Robinson.
