i didn't think this would be helpful but it really was. surprisingly so in almost every chapter. it delves into childhood a lot so be prepared to stir up old issues.

Best self-help book I think I've read. I watched her Ted Talk about how isolation is the dream killer and loved her sense of humor, glad I picked it up.
