ok so this is objectively a great plot but god is it sometimes hard to read. I love Jon,  Bran,  Arya and Tyrion's chapters but who even is davos like no thanks. Also i hate theon so much i actually hope he dies. It's a good book but be prepared for a lot of disgusting misogyny,  the ways characters treat women are terrible- I get that it's meant to be a medieval-adjacent world but come on.

This was a really good book that took me so long to finish due to exams and the whopping length of it! I don’t have much to add as I still had similar issues with book one and sometimes could not understand what was going on!

We did it Joe, we finished this book in a month. Fuck Joffrey Baratheon and Theon Greyjoy, I can’t tell whose worse at this point.

Not quite as good as the first but still really good. Took me almost a year to complete because I set it down a bunch of times. Going to take a break from the series for a few books then I'll get right back to it.

Another great entry into the ASoIaF series. The topic of ACOK is The War of Five Kings, which makes for an incredibly enthralling read.
