I'm a total sucker for Qhuinn and Baylock <3

Also, this was by far my favorite of the Christmas books. It's fun getting these slice-of-life stories where we get to see more about who the Brothers are outside of battles.

Surprisingly better than I thought.

I have been a longtime fan of this series; however, I find that some of the books I just don't enjoy, I actually had a conversation with another fan about whether some of the books are written by a ghost writer because some of the books have a completely different tone, so you really don't know what you are going to get going into one of these books.

This book stayed true to the first couple of books in the series and that made me happy because those are the ones, I enjoy the most.

I love Qhuinn and Blay together and it was good to get a better look at their relationship. My heart broke for Qhuinn and all the pain he went through.

I was glad that they finally found their happiness.

I loved this story. It was bittersweet and packed full with love. I was surprised and shed a tear or two.

A beautiful yet sad story about two of my favourite couples: Qhuinn and Blay.

Blay is so sweet, and he is very supportive of Qhuinn, who once again is going through hell and doesn't know how to move on. These two find a friendlyhand in Zsadist, who is very helpful and surprised me with how much he is grwon as a characer.
A but... when is Ward going to stop introducing us characters that only take space and add nothing to the story?

If you like JR Ward’s Black Dagger Brotherhood Series, you’ll love this book. A beautiful continuation of Quinn and Blay’s relationship, with some real tragedy intermixed. Highly recommend!

I love Lassiter so much. People don’t appreciate him enough. He’s literally your deity now. Respect him.

Honestly I've loved JR Ward books forever but this one felt a little different to me. It wasn't bad different, just different.

Like always I love seeing characters from past books and knowing how things are going in the manse!
