I read this book first, so it is out of order. but is was funny in the modern vampire lifestyle way and a good quick read while running around in the car. now I am attempting the rest in teh series in order if I can.

Very disappointed in where Mary Janice Davidson went with this book. All the other ones have been hilarious and I actually laughed out loud. This book was not funny, not developed and it feels like she is grasping at strings to make a novel. If the character is done just do the right thing and end the series! So sad to keep going and ruin what was awesome.

Fun vampire fluff

I didn't like this one as much as the others. It just seemed that it was recapping the past so much and reading the emails between Betsy and her friends got a little repetitive.

And so the time has come to set Betsy aside, until her tales continue when #9 (Undead and Unfinished – To be released July 6, 2010) is released. Unwelcome was a sort of redemption from the near flat-lining Undead & Unworthy. It's definitely got me interested in finding out how Davidson is planning on wrapping up the trilogy, and particularly how the Laura character is going to evolve or rather regress...

In the mean time I'm fighting the urge to read the sample chapter on her website and am prowling the kindle store and goodreads for my next read.

Major cliffhanger! But so good. Lots of answers are given but more have sprung up making the next book highly anticipated. Great sister bonding novel.

I loved the diary entries and emails from Marc, it's so nice to read a story from more than one perspective! Still funny, but I feel like Undead and Unwelcome was a little more serious than the previous books. I like it though!:)

i was very disappointed with the newest addition to the undead series. the first 100 or so pages are flashbacks of betsy's memories of what happened to lead up to this moment. it wasn't very climatic as i thought it would be. the covers are terrible. i liked the old covers better. betsy gets her ass kicked by laura and satan reappears later on...and BabyJon is one special baby. i think MJ shouldn't rush publishing stories so fast cuz then we readers don't get her greatest work. i'm sorry to say that it wasn't a good waste of my time.

"Loved it! Its been long since I took a book and didn't stop reading all night till finish it. Can't wait for more of queen betsy's adventures!"
