A much deeper/darker story than I was expecting (I didn’t check the triggers lol) but it was so cleverly written and I really felt for the characters and think things were paced and revealed with good timing. Some very uncomfortable topics which are hard to sit through as they become a big part of the plot but it was handled realistically and dark but with empathy. 

Very intrigued to read the next instalment as that ending was a shocker! A lot of heartbreak in one book but fascinating and spicy at the same time.

Good writing, and I liked the plot idea a lot (hence why I stuck with it),  but all the sexual assault and 🍇 stuff could easily have been implied or just mentioned, but the scenes were VERY graphic which seemed unnecessary and I didn’t like
