genuinely one of the most insane plots ever, so good though. I felt so incredibly disgusted the more I learned about Denver and it was so much worse because I went into it think he was one of the fmcs love interests. I keep hoping the end isn’t as it appears but i’m devastated
I need 3-5 business days to process what I just read
CHECK THE TRIGGER WARNINGS PLEASE
this was phenomenal- one of the best written most captivating things I’ve ever witnessed …
I was hooked from page 2- the twists and turns were jaw dropping. it truly read like a psychological thriller and I’m so so obsessed with the characters
CHECK THE TRIGGER WARNINGS AGAIN
This is absolutely the darkest & most fluffed up thing I could even imagine reading and I will be thinking about it constantly for the foreseeable future

WHAT. DID. I. JUST. READ! Omg. Pam! I’m giving you a standing ovation, this is definitely one of your best works and it’s going on my favorites list. Well worth the wait. I’m going to be vague as I don’t want anything ruined before someone didn’t have a chance reading this book first.
The twist and turns and the plot plans! I was so engaged that this story had NO slow points whatsoever. I was becoming sleep deprived I couldn’t put this book down at all and read it almost in 1 day. I have no idea where this story is going to go as by the end I’m holding my own breath.
These characters are so complex that the emotional and physical toll they have done and will do to survive the harshness an off the grids Winter wrath, may or will break them. I haven’t read a survival story like this so it’s very unique to me. I highly recommend to Dark Romance readers who don’t have any triggers, because there are a lot and not for the faint of heart. Is it April 23? And really final book will be released in June?! GET.HERE.NOW.
BLURB:
“ Abducted and taken to a remote cabin in Alaska, Frankie finds herself at the mercy of four feral men, each with his own dark secrets and twisted desires.
With nowhere to run, she must rely on her wits to survive the harsh winter, trapped with them.
As she delves into their mysterious pasts, she uncovers an insidious evil that feeds on loyalty and uses love as a weapon.
Nothing is as it seems.
In this desolate world where the monsters are as beautiful as they are cruel, trust is elusive. They torment her, protect her, and keep her in the dark.
But to have any chance of escape, they must stand together.
Or fall prey to the evil in the hills of shivers and shadows.”

Thank you a million times over to Pam for providing me an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
This is only my second Pam Godwin read ever (but I do have a bunch of her backlist either sitting on my bookshelf or waiting for me on my Kindle). I was kind of surprised when I got an ARC but was definitely so grateful.
First of all, let me say that this book is DARK. Don't let the pretty flower on the cover trick you. (Besides, there's also blood in the snow so that should tell you all you need to know tbh). I honestly can't say much about this book without spoiling it. You just have to read the TWs and the tropes, decide if this book is a good fit, and read it yourself. If you're like me and don't really have any triggers, this is probably the book for you. Pam is a master at her craft and her storytelling is insanely good. I'm also not a huge fan of 'Why Choose' romances, but this poly romance gave me ALL the feels and then some.
I was feeling alongside Frankie on every single page and I cannot WAIT for more.

Holy crap! Welcome back, Pam Godwin!! 4.5 stars!
This book hooked me from the first few words and every interaction, connection, frosty breath and haunting setting kept me turning the pages so damn fast.
I am in awe of PG and her ability to weave such intricately twisted and tragically beautiful stories. This one haunted my sleep. It kept me guessing. I absolutely need the next book ASAP!
