Soooo amazing, wholesome, unexpected!!!

Contains: 2 frats boys enemy, falling for the enemy, pranks went wrong, rich-mondain, sweetest cheesy romantic quotes.

Honestly I waited a long time for the relase of this book. Frat wars, I already knew that I was going to be engrossed in this book until the last page. Dumb jock named chad who gives the most adorable romantic statements in the world. Check.
A rich frat boy trying to fit in with a new frat. Check.
A secret relationship and a prank that goes awry, jeopardizing any possibility of being in a relationship and living their relationship openly? Double check.

Will their frat brother's trust them enough to understand the truth and fix the problem or will their reaction take them down a more bumpy route? Cute, funny, cheesy, smoking hot and oh so hilarious, the author takes us back to the college world where everything is funny, trouble free, immature, super light, parties and most of all fun FUN!

With plenty of frat boy shenanigans, a fierce Greek row rivalry, and forbidden romance, Chad and Bailey's story was as much fun and games as it was adorable. I was not expecting to love their book as much as I did, but Saxon James's writing made them irresistible. Whether it was Chad's goofy, prank-loving attitude or Bailey's more studious, reserved personality, the two of them never failed to put a smile on my face. I definitely would not have expected them to have as much smoking hot chemistry as they did, but wow was their first encounter steamy. I felt as hopelessly addicted as Chad was, and the more he and Bailey got to know each other, the deeper in love I fell. The fact that they were willing to risk sneaking around all over campus to see each other spoke volumes about the depth of their feelings, even when they tried to pretend it was all casual hookups. As the Sigma/Kappa rivalry grew more heated, I did start to wonder if house loyalty would keep them apart, but luckily those two were too besotted to let anything tear them away from each other's arms.

As addictive as the romance was, I have to give props to the way Saxon James gave the side characters their own compelling personalities and storylines. I have my eye on a few Kappas and Sigmas that I'm hoping will get full-length books of their own, but every house member I met added something special to Chad and Bailey's story. Getting to know the men of each house did make it hard for me to root for one over the other, but that's a sacrifice I'm willing to make to see how awesome both groups of guys were. On top of that, the overarching King of Thieves competition was unexpectedly fascinating, with both goofy attempts at thievery and more serious pranks gone wrong. Towards the end I even felt like a bit of a detective myself trying to piece together who may have betrayed their houses and led to the tipping point of Bailey and Chad's secret affair.

Overall, I can't think of a single thing I didn't love about Bailey and Chad's romance. Their relationship was a perfect blend of sweet and silly, and I appreciate that they could be fun-loving or serious depending on the situation. Regardless of what was going on in and out of the frat, I knew I could always count on them to have each other's backs.

**I voluntarily read an ARC of this book. This review expresses my honest thoughts and opinions.

“I have a boyfriend. That’s wild. And I’m gonna claim that it’s frat as fuck, no matter what my brothers have to say about it.”

Feels good to see another side of the CU campus with some frat bros doing frat bro stuff. I enjoyed this Romeo and Juliet frat house story. Super cute and made me laugh.

It’s really cute, there’s no deep plot or emotional baggage, but it really worked for their story and that’s how it’s supposed to be. Chad and Bailey ran the show and it was “frat as f*ck”
