I think this book definitely deserves a five star rating. The storyline immediately sucked me in. It was different, it was interesting. I loved it. I fell in love with the characters, I understood them. This book was clean, but still a great teen read. I flew through these pages and read it in a day. I definitely recommend it.

Another adorable romance by Kasie West. I love how un-complicated and easy her books are to read, and they always leave me with such a warm, fuzzy feeling. The main character in this novel was particularly wonderful, and I loved her frequent snarkiness and sarcasm.

I loved everything about this book!

Kasie West could never write wrong. She amazed us with her debut novel Pivot Point and now she’s back with her Young Adult Contemporary novel The Distance Between Us.

Caymen Meyers doesn’t trust rich people and after years of helping her mom run their porcelain-doll shop she knew better. Introducing the handsome, gallant, rich Xander Spence. They are both trapped with family expectations. They get each other but Caymen has heard enough from her mother on how nonexistent rich people’s attention span is. With so many hindrances in their way, can they close the distance between them?

I don’t have any idea how Kasie does it but the plot flows so smooth, the characters are very well developed and oh boy is the dialogue refreshing and fun. She got me laughing from page one to the very end. Not only does it offer a good laugh, it also tackles a different route when it comes to family expectations and the twisted taboo between rich and poor people. I absolutely love the characters. Caymen is so sarcastic. It’s like breathing a breath of fresh air. Her sarcastic ways are not overdone-just completely perfect and Xander is so charming and such a gentleman. You will fall in love with him.

I believe The Distance Between Us is a book made for everyone. It has so many moral lessons to offer. I honestly could not recommend this novel enough. A truly brilliant read.

I like Kasie West, I regret it has taken this long to read one of her books. Very funny, good quick read.

This book was kind of stupid and I don't know if it even deserves 3 stars. Maybe 2.5?

I really liked this book. It was exactly what i needed something light, fun and entertaining. It is not realistic but the kind of book that makes you feel good after you read it.

Another nice quickie/one night read
