I used to read the pixie hollow books at my local public library when I was a child. Only fairies and dragons could make me happy then, and it seems now I haven't changed much.
The story is simple and lovable, the characters all have different personalities (it makes you want to know more about them). While I was reading, I was transported back to when I was seven years old and sparkly-eyed at this book and it's illustrations.

I loved it. The mentions of Peter Pan and Tinker Bell's feelings towards him, her relationship with Terence, everything was so cute.
"Choose you" he said, placing his hand on her head. But he said it softly. None of the rest of the fairies could have heard."
My. Heart.
"You are Tinker Bell, sound and fine as a bell. Shiny and jaunty as a new pot. Brave enough for anything, the most courageous fairy to come in a long year."

The worldbuilding and writing style were lovely, and I thought the conflict and Tink's internal struggle were suitably made with a child in mind.

You wouldn't think this would be a good book for my age, but it was actually pretty good. Other than that it was kind of easy grammar! I also saw the tinker bell movie! (It sounds nerdy, but it is awesome!!)
