An entire novel dedicated to badass Andrea Nash? Sign me up, please. This one explored her past and hatred of the boudas, as well as had her off on assignments for the pack with Estancio (yay! Another favorite.) All your favorite boudas in one awesome novel. And the love-hate thing going on with her and Rafael… damn, that was some hot writing. The backstory behind why things hadn’t worked out… and then did which was in the background in the main series was front and center here. All boudas all the time, with a brand new mystery to figure out when a group of shifters is killed. Cameos by Kate and Curran. And Aunt Bea, who is absolutely one of my favorite characters in the entire series. This one was just phenomenal!!

Roman is a sweetheart and I really hope he makes further appeareances in the main series. Also, this one had a nice mix of romance, plot information and fights. It felt well-balanced throughout the whole novel.
