Really very fun. The only thing that felt a bit weird was the modern humour in a book set in this time period . It’s not a massive issue but it did take me out of it sometimes

So at first i was like oh god this is going forever im so tired of your pining just fucking kiss and figure it out. But then i took a step back and looked at the overarching theme of fuck the fascists and was like ok damn this book is alright! For me i just felt odd reading a medieval setting in a tiktokers humor but then youve got shrek and a knights tale so i needed to get off my high horse and have fun with it. Very on parrallel with six of crows
