OMG! This was one slow burn, forbidden, sorts enemies to lovers romance. Walker and Kate were like oil and water. He was reticent and grumpy; she was determined and stubborn. Walker’s transformation was gradual and it took a strong character like Kate to get him there. Just one night… they both it was not enough and way too much. It cemented their ever growing feelings to love. What he was willing to give up was a testament to how powerful his love for Kate was. My emotions ran away from me, something I never expected from a sports romance that was equal parts funny and entertaining.

Another amazing Meghan Quinn Book!!! I loved it sooo much! Another one sit read for me! Talk about getting all the feels! Meghan creates these worlds that you feel all the emotion that the characters do! The chemistry between Walker and Kate was off the charts! I loved them so much! I wasn’t ready for this book to end! I wanted so much more….in a good way! I would absolutely recommend this book!!

Catching all the feels!
A great addition to the HOT baseball world Meghan Quinn has created. This story doesn’t need anything read before it, but the entire series is phenomenal and worth reading!!!
Things to comment on-
- I wish there were more chapters with them together as a couple. Basically, I want more. Because well… I’m greedy.
- Penn is getting some nasty reviews and I don’t agree! He is a good supporting character in this book with a fabulous twist. Every jock storyline has a rival, why is Penn fielding all the hate?!? I’m #TeamPenn and would love to read his story next!
- Did I mention I want more? Maybe Ryot can start off where they left off, including this power couple in his storyline? Or Quinn can throw the Perfect Penn Pitch by giving our troubled baller the HEA he deserves? No matter what, I’ll be here eagerly ready to devour the next book.

The Perfect Catch was intense, emotional, sweet, and steamy! In other words...EPIC! Meghan Quinn's baseball boys are all swoon-worthy, but Walker Rockwell just stole my heart! (and may be my new favorite) He will definitely be added to my book boyfriend list! I loved everything about this forbidden, sexy baseball romance.
Walker Rockwell is the most hated player in baseball on the exterior. On the interior there is a completely different Walker that not many people get to know. Kate Chapman is the Bobbies new PR manager and there is a strict no fraternization policy. Kate is give the task to help change Walker's image and is determined to turn him into crowd favorite. However, when these two start working together they go from hating each other to having chemistry that is off the charts hot, and completely forbidden....
Jason Clarke and Vanessa Edwin narrate this audio I love this narrator pairing (both one clicks). Vanessa is amazing at showcasing all of Kate's compassionate and charismatic qualities, but also brings out her determined side as well to succeed in her career! Her voice is such a decadent treat! Jason Clarke graces us with his signature "growl" in his performance that fits Walker's sexy, grumpy persona perfectly.
This book took my heart on quite the emotional ride. Kate and Walker's love story is so well written, and had me cheering for them from the start. I longed for these amazing characters to be together. Both characters are have so much family heartbreak. It made me so happy that they could confide and find comfort in each other. Meghan Quinn has written another fantastic love story to add to the towel brigade.

OH. MY. GOD. There are not enough words to describe how much I loved this audiobook! The way Jason and Vanessa bring these characters to life is beyond perfect. The emotion they give to these characters...it tugs at your heartstrings! These two narrators were perfectly cast

I'm so enamored with broody, grumpy Walker and will fight anyone for the chance at five blissful seconds with him. A forbidden work romance between two people who need each other more than they know. Not only from a career standpoint, but they have both lost a sibling.
Walker is a dirty talking, grumpy and sexy catcher that has lost his love for the game. He's come to terms with everyone hating him, but is forced to turn things around. Kate is exactly what Walker needs: strong, sassy and won't take any of his crap. As she slowly chips away at his outer wall, she can see he's really just a teddy bear that has been forced to put a guard up around his heart.
This has all the steam, humor and character love that we've come to know and expect from Meghan Quinn, but this is probably the first time I didn't get my heart ripped out by the author, so that was a happy surprise! I immediately purchased the book and it's my favorite one in the series so far, which if you know the rest of the guys, that's a tough decision to make! Definitely a home run in my book and I can't wait to listen to the audiobook soon as well.
