part of me hates that i liked this but also this book was so fucking weird. like it truly was enemies to lovers which didn't disappoint, but some of the scenes and dialogue was SO questionable. like very. i did like the dynamic sometimes but other times i was left... baffled.

update: i just figured out there's 2 other books linked with this world and now i HAVE to read it because this is technically book 3 and i never not read in order. maybe i'll enjoy those books.

I think I added this to my TBR bc of booktok and booktok did what it always does to me and DISAPPOINTED ME.

This book was a fucking mess. His nicknames for her gave me the fucking ick. She was an annoying pick me girl that honestly needed to get decked.
