Other than that, it was an enjoyable read for what it was. Spicy, insta-lusty, and the bickering and hate dynamic was fun. Scratched the quick standalone romance itch.

man idk if I’m in a slump or what’s going on, everything’s been 3-3.5 stars lol. I felt like a large chunk of this book could have been eliminated and it still woulda been good. The random retreat was useless IMO. The characters were awkward and hellllla toxic. I get that that was the point but idk, it just felt like some stuff didn’t add up for me. The spice was great tho

These two are a complete mess, but at least they admit that they aren’t the healthiest together at times?
Such a silly book with no character development but good enough writing for me to finish it and characters interwoven to make me want to read more.
