⭐️ ⭐️ the spice is the whole plot… glad to say EK’s writing has changed for the better with her most recent books.

This was super cute! Nothing really stands out from this one for me, but it's definitely something I really enjoyed reading

Very cute romance with good plot and good spice along the way

Elle Kennedy is quickly become an author I will one click on.
I am really into the MMF romances' what can I say I like it dirty. lmao.
So this was right up my ally.
Jen's in a bit of a pickle, and her brother thinks he needs to save her. So for her sake and his she goes a long with what he says.
With her ex not taking no for an answer she needs protection and who better to protect her than a guy from his team.
Cash and Jen had a little interlude at a club and even though they hit it off, Cash lost her number to rain. Sigh I know right!
He never expected to see Jen again hoped but yeah.
So he when his CO asked him to look out for his sister HANDS OFF. Cash did so.
Only to find out Jen was his CO's SISTER!!
This book is awesome and funny and light hearted it was a great book to get me out of my book fog, I was in from the last few heavy emotional books I read.

Cash meets his heroine Jen in a coat room. They’re both hiding out, Jen from her overly excited and happy friends (while she’s having a miserable day) and Cash from an overly aggressive woman. They don’t waste time and get to making out before they’re caught. Jen gives Cash her number which gets promptly lost when Cash heads out in the rain and the number washes away. But, Jen turns out to be his Commanding Officer’s sister, the same sister his CO, Carson, wants Cash to be a body guard for over the next few weeks while she deals with a stalker. Cash can’t say no, but when Carson puts the extra stipulation on Cash that he can’t, under any circumstance, touch his sister or risk being drowned, Cash knows he’s in for a tough time.

Jen is so attracted to Cash, she can’t believe her brother told Cash to keep his hands off. She sets out to seduce him anyway, much to Cash’s dismay. She parades around their apartment in her underwear, watches football, wants to talk about favorite sexual positions. She pushes all of Cash’s buttons and he finally caves under the pressure:

“…you know Carson will kick your ass, right?”

“I know.” He let out a breath. “I tried to keep my hands off her, but she was determined to seduce me.”

Jane laughed. “How long did you manage to hold out for?”

“Two days.”

I loved this couple. There’s no, to put it plainly, bullshit between them. They talk about the things that need talking about. They go into their initial “fling” with their eyes wide open and they have a sense of humor about everything. Their interactions not only together, but with their friends had me laughing out loud. The dialogue snaps and the banter between all the characters is fast, quick and hilarious.

The sex between Cash and Jen is HOT. Their playful banter carries over into the bedroom, but the naughty talking Cash comes out and in Jen, he finds a woman who doesn’t have a lot of experience but is dying to try everything and anything with him, including a ménage. Cash’s friend Dylan, his ménage partner in crime, joins them for one night and Jen isn’t the only one to get Dylan’s undivided attention. Cash and Dylan have one sexy moment together and that coupled with other scenes led by Dylan have me really interested in getting to know him better.

The stalker storyline with Jen’s ex comes to an end with Jen taking care of a bad situation herself, which I loved. She’s surrounded by all these SEAL’S, her brother and dad are both big, alpha men and she takes care of herself completely. There’s also a supporting storyline with Jen’s brother Carson and his wife Holly having marital problems. I actually liked this addition, it just added a layer that shows that not everything is easy and happy after the initial HEA and it made want to pick up their earlier book as well.

I had such a good time reading this story. Cash and Jen are an adorable, sexy couple. I loved their banter, the conversation between all the characters and I’ll definitely be picking up the rest of the books to get caught up with all the men in the Out of Uniform series.

Loved this one. Loved Cash and I loved Jen. It was SUPER steamy and sexy and a bit longer than the others. Again, I like that we get an update on everybody and get some drama from real life issues. I can't imagine how difficult it would be for the partner of a SEAL. They are called away at a moment's notice, don't know how long they will be gone etc. And then they have to reintegrate back into a relationship- which can and does cause problems for one of the couples. Great sex in these books and yet Elle keeps it real. Can't wait for the next one!!!
