I enjoyed the writing of this book and the main characters perspective. But I cringe over some of the decisions she makes. No woman deserves to be treated the way these men treat Nina and Lola and I wish they realized that respect for themselves sooner

There were parts that made me laugh out loud and there were parts that made me question if the narrator was supposed to be seen as an asshole. She came across as too cynical at times but the last third was great, it brought everything that came before together and rounded out the characters.
