A pretty simple, straightforward book filled with ideas to tackle mental health issues. Nothing ground breaking, but it’s definitely useful.

I remember thinking "oh, bright cover, I like it" and that's about it when I saw this book 🤣 But with the bright cover, comes a very nice guide to mental health. Let's just say, I was surprised how much I liked this book.
It was a great reminder to take care of my mental health and how many struggled and are struggling with it. I enjoyed the explanation behind those pesky thoughts that drag me down and it's uplifting to know there are resources and people out there who want to help.
With a strong voice and excellent examples and explanations, I think this is a well written book for those looking to either learn or help someone who is struggling with mental health. I like how open Bryony is and it made me stop and think about what my brain is trying to tell me.
A different pace in what I have been reading but a very welcomed one. Very informative and I truly enjoyed it.
