Fun and Smoky!

This book had amazing a twist and fun in this whole book! It had great story line and things came together I. The end which is great! I love the use of each character and how they played their roles! I truly enjoyed this book. Can’t wait to read the next one.

3.5 Sosa has a wonderfully lively narrative voice, funny, just a touch snarky, a cut above the typical contemporary romance writer. Her characters—Tori (not-short-for-Victoria) Alvarez, a Puerto Rican-American fitness trainer, and Carter Williamson, handsome white boy (aka tv rom com star Carter Stone)—are appealing and spark well off of one another during their get-away-from-all-the stress vacation to Aruba, and again back in Philadelphia, Tori's full-time and Carter's temporary home. There's lots of small conflict bumps during the course of their romance, but nothing really big or emotionally upsetting to lessen the feel-good vibes. A fun, light contemporary romance.
