A wonderful meditation on guilt and innocence, the responsibility you have to your fellow men, and on the nature of evidence as a whole. It is disheartening to see that points brought up about evidence and the justice system in this book from almost 70 years ago have not changed, but still much has been improved from the days of this novel. Best as an audiobook or play recording, gives each juror more of a personality. 4.0 stars.

One of my rare re-visits. The first time was the film with Henry Fonda and an exceptional cast. This time it was the modern audio version narrated by many great actors. Thought-provoking, eye-opening, almost too brief, and thoroughly enjoyable.
